The Yi Jin Jing, Tendon-Muscle Strengthening, Qigong Exercise is a classic healing exercise system from the Southern Shaolin Temple in China. Exercises feature soft, extended, even movements that invigorate the limbs and internal organs and energize the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Practicing the Yi Jin Jing exercises improves flexibility, balance and muscular strength, and has  a beneficial effect on the respiratory system. Yi Jin Jing is known for its positive effects on strength and prevention of injury and as complementary therapy for fibromyalgia and tendonitis.
