Ancient wisdom. For your daily life.

There's a part of you that already knows stillness. You feel it -- between the day's demands -- and then it's gone.

The WaterWays Collective is where you return to it. Not to escape your life, but to move through it with more clarity, and more of yourself intact.

Each month we gather on-line - twice - to practice Taiji and Qigong together. We move with the elements. We breathe with intention. We follow Five Element wisdom - an elegant way to understand how nature, and your body, flows.

Between sessions, the practice continues with weekly micro-practices, journal prompts, and a community on the same path. This isn't a course to consume. It's a practice to inhabit.

What you receive each month:

  • Two live 75 minute sessions.  First & Third Tuesdays at 5:00 PM Pacific (PT), 8:00 Eastern (ET) -- guided practice, teaching and live Q&A
  •  Full replay access. Every session recorded -- return to the practice anytime, anywhere.
  • Weekly micro-practices Short, purposeful practices to keep your momentum alive between sessions.
  • Five Element themes. Each month's practice rooted in Five Element Theory and the rhythms of nature.
  • Journal prompts and reflection guides. Written practices to integrate the work into daily life.
  • Community. A gathering of people who share your curiosity and your commitment -- practicing alongside you every month.

A typical session begins with breathing and settling. We will then explore the current element, its related organs, its energy, and a Qigong movement rooted in that month's Five Element principle. From there, we move onto a Taiji movement that weaves grounding, balance, and harmonious unified movement into your body and your day.

Rooted in tradition. Backed by science.

Your brain notices the difference. Taiji and Qigong are among the most well-researched movement practices for brain health, supporting focus, reducing cortisol, improving memory, and building cognitive resilience over time.

As a licensed Brain Health Trainer, trained with Dr. Daniel Amen, Faith weaves brain health principles into every session, so the benefits you feel are never accidental. What these ancient arts have practiced for centuries, neuroscience is now confirming. When you move with intention, your whole system responds.

Your guide

Faith LeLievre has practiced and taught Taiji and Qigong for most of her life -- not as a system to master, but as a way of moving through life itself.

She lives and teaches from Hawaii, where the land, the ocean, and the seasons are her daily teachers. That connection to nature -- the aloha that shapes her practice -- is woven into everything she offers.

As a licensed Brain Health Trainer and a lifelong student of the internal arts, Faith created the WaterWays Collective to offer what she has always sought: a place to gather, to practice with others, and to return -- month after month -- to what matters.

TaijiNature was born from collaboration, friendship and a deep belief that these arts belong to everyone. That spirit lives in the heart of the Collective.

This practice is for you if --

  • You feel the pull toward stillness but rarely find it in your day.
  • You are curious about Taiji or Qigong and don't know where to begin -- or you have practiced before and want to go deeper.
  • Your body is asking for something gentler, more intentional, more sustainable.
  • You want to understand not just the movements, but the philosophy behind them.
  • You are drawn to living in rhythm with nature and the natural world.
  • You want to practice with others -- to belong to something, not just consume it.
  • You are ready to make your practice a way of life.

Each month we move through a focussed theme rooted in Taiji and Qigong. We weave the Five Elements, breath and intentional movement so your body steadies, your mind clears, and your energy flows with the elements. You're not just learning forms; you're practicing a way of life your brain notices. You feel calmer in your day, more present in your body, and more resilient over time.

Frequently asked questions:

Do I need experience in Taiji or Qigong?

No. The WaterWays Collective is welcoming to true beginners and offers genuine depth for seasoned practitioners. Wherever you are is exactly the right place to begin.

Do I need to be enrolled in a TaijiNature course to join?

No. The WaterWays Collective stands on its own. You are welcome here exactly how you are. No prior courses required.

I am working through a TaijiNature course. Is the Collective a good fit for me?

Yes. It is a natural home for your practice. The Collective gives you a live space to ask questions about what you're studying in the self-paced courses, deepen what you're learning, and practice alongside a community moving through the same material. It supports your coursework beautifully, though it is not required.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?

Every session is recorded and replay access is included. You won't miss a practice. Come live when you can, and return to the recording when life gets full.

What time are the live sessions?

First and Third Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM Pacific. (2:00 PM Hawaii, 8:00 PM Eastern). Replays are included.

What do I need to practice?

Comfortable clothing and flat closed shoes. If your space is safe, barefoot is fine. No equipment is required. You may practice indoors or outdoors - whoever is accessible and comfortable for you.

How long is each session?

Each live session is 75 minutes: 45 minutes of teaching, 10 minutes of guided practice, and 15 minutes of live Q&A.

Can I cancel if it is not right for me?

Yes, any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Still, I suggest giving the practice time a fair window. It takes time for your body, breath and brain to settle into the rhythm so you can feel real results.

What makes the WaterWays Collective different from other online classes?

This isn't a random drop-in class. It is a monthly practice rooted in a living methodology - The WaterWays Method - developed and refined over a lifetime of teaching and practice. We move through the Five Element framework, integrate the brain health principles in every session, and practice inside a warm, focused community. Your body, breath, and brain feel the difference because every element is intentional.

Do I need to practice this during a specific season or time of year?

No. While classical teachings often reference seasons, the Elements themselves aren't bound to a calendar. Each Element is a living quality you can cultivate whenever your body and life are ready. We attune to what's true where we are, so the practice meets us now.

What if my local seasons are different from yours?

WaterWays is genuinely global. We work with elemental qualities directly, so wherever you live and whatever season is outside your window, you'll engage with each Element in a way that best supports you.

This practice is already waiting for you.
