Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese art of harmonizing life energy through gentle self-held touch. Rooted in the same Five Element philosophy as Taiji and Qigong, it is a natural comparison to movement practice -- quieting the nervous system, releasing held tension, and restoring the body's natural flow. Within the WaterWays Method, Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help practices appear as closing practices in the Collective and as standalone tools you can use anytime, anywhere - no movement required.
